Having started yoga more than 6 years ago, Laura has become an advanced practitioner, able to design and create challenges and flows to cater to all abilities, and to explore the versatility and possibilities of each posture and of what her body is capable of.
Laura has a particular interest in practicing yoga flows and meditations that help to improve the mental health of practicing yogis.
